Numerous technology projects (CTI, IVR, Switching, WFM, QM, Reporting) coupled with unique application solutions delivered for customer care • Provided Architectural and Planning Leadership for AT&T’s internal contact center infrastructure and development teams. Designed and/or negotiated solutions for Capacity Planning, Speech Vendor Assessment, Disaster Recovery Planning, Application Security Compliance, Access Control, and Audit Compliance are a sampling of the initiatives owned and delivered • Managed the technology teams responsible for delivery and support of both vendor and custom developed solutions for AT&T’s/SBC’s internal contact center solutions. Teams included Business Requirements Management, CTI Development, IVR Infrastructure, Project Management, Release Management, Production Support, Desktop CRM Integration, and Request Management. • Led business transformation of internal contact center development teams through several expansions and mergers through AT&T’s/SBC’s/Ameritech’s history. Events included leading business, infrastructure and application development/support teams through the launch of the Ameritech long distance entry, consolidation of regional contact center teams with the Ameritech/SBC merger and integration of contact center teams with AT&T wireline and wireless acquisitions. • Managed the platform/application creation and delivery for Ameritech’s “Enhanced Business” and “ISDN RC” centers. Led application consolidation of separate state applications into one common regional platform for Ameritech’s trunk management systems. Developer for forecasting and servicing systems for telephony infrastructure (POTS)
