The Lifestyle Medicine Institute, found at www.piviohealth.com, partners with healthcare systems, employers, and physicians to deliver Pivio, formerly known as the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP). Pivio is a comprehensive therapeutic solution that employs the principles of lifestyle medicine to tackle health challenges faced by individuals with chronic diseases. By providing a framework and support, Pivio helps participants in preventing and potentially reversing chronic conditions, thus curbing the rising medical and pharmacy claims costs for organizations. Additionally, Pivio is the only lifestyle medicine program to be certified by the American College Lifestyle Medicine. As the Media Manager and Support, my responsibilities encompass a range of tasks such as executing graphic design and marketing projects, maintaining and updating the website, producing and editing videos, creating testimonials for the company's social media platforms, conducting a weekly worldwide webinar titled "Ask Dr. Sal" alongside LMI's medical director, providing customer support for the Pivio program, administering company software tools, cataloging and managing all videos, artwork, and marketing resources, overseeing shipping logistics and inventory, and troubleshooting technical issues across various media platforms.

I was hired to oversee the operations of Dr. Hans Diehl's Lifestyle Medicine Institute, as well as the accompanying CHIP program. My role encompasses various responsibilities, such as marketing, accounting, website development, and video and audio production. Additionally, I am responsible for designing and developing content for multiple newsletters, brochures, posters, and mail campaigns, as well as managing the product development and design. I also oversee the computerization of the accounting and invoicing process, manage customer relations, and serve as the project manager.

I was hired to create and produce a radio show that would be broadcasted nationwide, featuring health tips and interviews with health experts. In addition, I managed The Quiet Hour audio studio, served as the recording engineer and primary editor, and was responsible for media management and talent scouting.Over time, I also assumed the graphic design duties for the company. This involved designing magazines, books, booklets, brochures, newspaper ads, and radio/television ads, among other things.
