In my current role, I provide high quality support to internal and external stakeholders at Three60 Communities, a community management services provider. My role requires me to meet revenue goals of the organization without compromising on the quality of service provided to owners.Professional scope includes planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, tender reviews and audits.In my capacity as a Management Accountant, I guide and motivate the team towards higher service quality and accuracy standards and to provide a positive customer experience.Strategy planning, effective communication and problem solving are my key skills. My role has also evolved to become more customer centric with exposure to wider aspects of community management.

-Maintain accurate financial records -Forecast future earnings and expenses to make a sound business plan to effectively manage the financials of 4300 units-Perform periodic cash flow analysis and strategize cost savings-Present the Annual Service Charge budget to meet revenue goals of the company and requirements of the owner community-Work with facility management team to oversee vendor contracts, invoicing and identify cost savings-Evaluate tenders and negotiate reductions to achieve cost savings-Provide monthly/quarterly financial reports to senior management-Identify opportunities to improve service, reduce cost, increase efficiency and communicate the same to senior management.-Set costing guidelines and hold concerned departmentsaccountable -Work with Internal & External Auditors to provide all financial data required for yearly audit.-Build a robust process for utility bills and ensure accurate and timely billing for the 4300 units-Monitor debt collection to fix standards with regard to timelines, communication and receipts are maintained.-Monitor contractor invoices and ensure all payment deadlines are met-Provide professional and timely responses to customer queries thereby providing a positive customer experience
