Idiq Program Manager
• Focused IDIQ Manager performing daily reviews of all task orders released under various IDIQ vehicles to develop, assess, and recommend strategies for applying company functional strengths and capabilities toward the pursuit of individual task orders. • Assigned IDIQ vehicles include Alliant, CIO-SP3, SeaPort-e, and OASIS. Opportunities are reviewed, evaluated and distributed throughout the company with particular emphasis on matching customers and capabilities. Routinely meet and promote new opportunities with personnel throughout the company including Business Unit executives, Business Development leadership, Subject Matter Experts, and corporate resources such as contracts, procurement, recruiting, proposal operations and HR. • Lead the day-to-day proposal development and management activities for all IDIQ contract opportunities, including management and oversight of: • Multiple and rapid task orders (bidding and managing project operations); • Multiple subcontractors and fluid task order teaming activities; • Project budgets, schedules, milestones, deliverables, staffing, and final proposals. • Responsible for the development of long term teaming relationships, selecting teaming partners, and assessment of partner capabilities toward the pursuit of task orders under existing vehicles and for new IDIQ contract pursuits. In current role, actively reached out to customers and drove business resulting in the first award for Serco on CIO-SP3. Through the use of long term pipeline generation and active coordination with technical experts resulted in generating over $50M in new business revenue on SeaPort-e in 2014 and current 2015 success includes new task order award of over $40M to date. Pipeline currently includes over $560M in qualified opportunities. Regularly meet with end customers and IDIQ vehicle leadership at NITAAC and other agencies.
