Database condensed an entire bookshelf of regulations to point and click instructions.• After Hurricane Katrina, developed a computerized way of dealing with Disaster Preparedness scenarios in which it was necessary to contact personnel with limited or no technological infrastructure. The password protected and encrypted database contained the contact information for all Memphis area Transportation Security Administration personnel including a photograph of all individuals.• Gained proficiency in Coordination Center Officer and in Administration Officer duties and provided personnel coverage in those positions when needed. • Demonstrated superb attention to detail when noticing a bag in the x-ray containing 32 rounds of ammunition.
