Made sure recruits had information about any family related programs and benefits received after joining the Army. Once qualified and joined, supervised, trained the solider towards preparing for basic training. Also created recruiting campaigns to exceed team goals. I fully supported the SHARP/EO programs fostering and environment with applicants free of harassment.
