Indirect Sales | Broker Channel Partners:Identify and attract, contract with, and onboard new Enterprise/Independent Reseller and Referral partners. Encourage, educate and support Reseller and Referral partners to help them produce valuable new customer relationships for Link Energy. Process deal transactions; manage escalations and issues between partners and Link Billing, Supply/Pricing and Customer Service.Quality Assurance:Develop and maintain reliable Quality Assurance Processes for all communication mediums on behalf of all Link Energy Customer Service, Inside Sales, Collections and Indirect Reseller staff with customers. Oversee, and where applicable, handle all quality escalations and ensure timely and effective responses to regulatory bodies, customers, and any other pertinent third parties.Contract Processing, Customer Service and Collections:Manage Customer Service/Collections Teams, and oversee contract processing including energy contract enrollments/de-enrollments, and exceptions control.Regulatory:Provide support to Link Energy’s Legal Team to maintain regulatory compliance with the respective governing Commissions and/or consumer advocates for all Link Energy's participating markets.
