The biggest aspect of who I am is I always adapt to new situations given to me. I always make sureI am looking at the glass half full and am enthusiastic about the way I approach it. I am a good teamplayer which I find allows me to learn more and more each day not just from myself but the othersaround me. In previous employment I showed great leadership when I was mentoring new starters, arole which was given to me as I am very confident in myself when I have a task to do, I am determinedtill the end to complete it. I take pride in myself which gives me a positive mind set to bring forward toanything I am faced with. Without hesitation I will always make sure I am on time and there to supportmyself and others and make myself approachable to anyone I work with. I have a very caring andempathetic nature.
