Led CSA Ltd’s Generator, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Equipment program for Army CENTCOM and developed sustain strategies to ensure equipment, reliability, equipment upgrades, and future expansion capabilities. Reviewed CSA Ltd’s sub-contracts’ RFQ, RFP, and RFI. Attended weekly Camp Arifjan’s CENTCOM Engineering Meeting attended by Kuwaiti Host Nation Representatives, Senior Military Leadership, governmental agencies, and contracting companies and articulated CSA Ltd.’s facilities project gaps and remedies. Established cost estimates; analyzed sub-contractor’s bids; negotiated and managed budget; and presented Life, Health, and Safety updates for Camp Arifjan, Kuwait’s Avionics Maintenance Shop Project. Designed, negotiated, and commissioned the advanced distribution switchgear and controls for a $5 million generator power plant sub-station upgrade from 7MW to 16MW at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. Analyzed, planned, and installed the $500k load shedding plan in support of $5 million generator power plant sub-station upgrade at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. Designed a $100k back-up power plan and procured necessary generators for critical 2MW facilities near Kuwaiti-Iraqi Border. Developed, instructed, and distributed detailed procedural guides and instructions for grounding test initiative in all U.S.-Kuwaiti installations in order to prevent future fatalities due to inadequate grounding. Led ongoing electrical facility management program to include NEC, IEC, UL, MEW, and other code compliance and design of systems to increase quality and efficiency of services. Developed and ensure completion of Camps facility renewal projects (i.e. Camp Arifjan’s Avionics Shop, Camp Buehring’s Generator Sub-Station Upgrade, etc.).
