- Lead the identification and delivery of process excellence initiatives, and / or work streams within large or complex projects, to achieve target revenue, cost, service or customer experience outcomes - Coach, guide and develop team-members in the theory and application of Agile / Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive delivery of measurable target outcomes- Drive the continuous improvement of processes to embed or sustain a culture of process excellence across Operations business units - Lead / participate in development of strategies designed to achieve transformational change whilst building organizational capability through the targeted removal of process waste / rework- Co-ordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams + other key stakeholders (incl. external local and off-shore partners) along the relevant value chain, to enable delivery of target outcomes

- Conduct LEAN analysis across the business unit to identify an array of process re-engineering + transformation opportunities (Short, Medium, Long term improvements)- Drive end-to-end implementation of improvement initiatives to successfully deliver change and realize target operational improvements (Cost, Cycle time, Customer Experience)- Design and deliver a comprehensive LEAN & Six Sigma training framework targeted to embed and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across the business unit - Coach business teams across the value chain to exhibit target LEAN behaviours, designed to ensure a sustained (continuous) focus on eliminating process waste, optimizing realized value and enhancing customer experience - Complete weekly status reporting to stakeholder forums on progress, risks and roadblocks

- Partner with business teams to drive adherence to agreed Transformation programme standards- Coach Project Managers in the application of approved project management office templates- Guide and support project managers to achieve alignment of both 'forecast' and 'actual' burn rates across each project portfolio - Liaise with business unit leaders to obtain the necessary data inputs required to build monthly business unit reporting packs for review at Group level

- Lead mapping of current and future state processes required to build the online bank- Co-ordinate and facilitate requirements gathering and definition workshops- Collaborate with platform vendor (Oracle) and other business leads to identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies at every stage of the project delivery life cycle- Build and execute a suite of test cases designed to support comprehensive system and user acceptance testing for the new platform- Build & maintain all project collaterals and documentation as required to support delivery of each product

- Plan, design and deliver a series of process changes designed to optimize the critical customer-facing MAC process- Lead roll-out of a comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training framework, targeted to enhance the performance of Operations teams along the value chain- Manage project risks, issues, reporting and resourcing functions on a daily basis- Facilitate design & implementation of smart metrics, Service Level Agreements and other control mechanisms to support continuous improvement for all re-engineered processes- Lead core project team to successful on-time, on-budget delivery for approved project deliverables- Drive adherence to prescribed LEAN methodology and implement response mechanisms where necessary to course-correct

- Map current & future state processes for targeted product portfolios (Credit Card, Personal Lending, Collections)- Design & implement quality metrics to sustain optimized future state processes and maintain ongoing effectiveness- Partner with business to identify end-to-end risks, issues & dependencies, plus implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies- Drive end-to-end completion of process transition to strategic partner environment- Co-ordinate & facilitate workshops with business partners to embed focus on Continuous process improvement

- Six Sigma Black Belt project lead for CRM & Business Efficiency programme across Contact Centres- Guide / Direct project managers on management & delivery, process and required documentation to sustainably embed changes / re-engineering initiatives- Coach Green Belt's on Change & Project Management skills whilst supporting them through certification- Identify process 'black-holes' & drive a focus on Lean process mapping- Build & maintain project plans + weekly management of risks, issues and dependencies to ensure overall programme succcess- Lead weekly presentation at stakeholders forums to preserve engagement and transparency
