Built the organization from 10 to 134 members, secured over $100K in grants and loans and averaged $170K in membership sales annually during a two year period. Assisted members in securing approximately $13M in contracts annually through membership services and programming.

Improved both the University of Texas System and M. D. Anderson Cancer Center’s Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) participation numbers from less than 15% to averaging 35% on three major institutional projects valued over $800M by managing two project teams that provided hands on technical assistance (marketing, financing, bonding, and construction management) building the capacity of 400 State of Texas Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) that secured over $350M in contracts and $25M in bonding and insurance for participating HUB contractors and vendors. Diligently worked with UT System, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Construction and Supply Chain Management teams and their vendors to streamline and articulate supply chain processes to ensure successful HUB participation. Consistently met and exceeded performance goals as Senior Consultant specializing in construction procurement and financing assigned to the U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Center which ranked as the top performing center in the country during his tenure.
