I have a range of experience across both the Public and Private sectors. I am a fully qualified chartered certified accountant with extensive experience in finance, having held executive roles in external financial audit, internal audit, governance, management accounting and project accounting. In addition, I have experience of working on a major transformation programme within BAE Systems having been both the Europe Project Phoenix Readiness Lead and the Europe and International Project Phoenix People Readiness Lead.Since moving into Project Management I have managed the Europe Business Operations and Integration Team. In this role I was responsible for ensuring all reporting requirements were fully satisfied and that we had a strong and effective meeting framework in operation.
