My primary experience stems from leadership roles within one of the world's largest employee-owned companies including: project management, technical segment leadership, market development, group president and global talent development officer. Career development involved establishing a talent ecosystem for over 13,000 colleagues, designed to provide clarity into what a rewarding and fulfilling career journey might entail, along with access to the mentors and skills necessary to navigate their professional trajectory.My present focus is around career development, strategic planning, and facilitation for select opportunities.
