Responsibilities included:• Develop, implement and provide high-level operational management and support of core services including Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Windows Server 2016, Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Server, VMWare ESX and Veeam Backup & Replication backup technologies • Design, configure and deploy systems based on requirements provided by clients and customers• Maintain and support backup services of client and supplier infrastructure.• Provide training, knowledge sharing and mentoring to younger technicians.

Responsibilities included:• Develop, implement and provide high-level operational management and support of core services including Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Server, VMWare ESX and Symantec Backup Exec and Storagecraft ShadowProtect backup technologies• Design, configure and deploy systems based on requirements provided by clients and customers• Maintain and support backup services of client and supplier infrastructure.• Provide training and knowledge sharing with younger technicians.

Responsibilities included:• Provide a single point of contact for customer requests, enquires and feedback.• Manage a small team of technicians in relation to workloads and scheduling, knowledge sharing and escalations, and training requirements• Manage personnel including resource planning, team dynamics and issue management• Review completed service calls for quality assurance and billing requirements.

Responsibilities include:• Provide support and advice in the development and execution of business processes• Design, develop and document new and improved business processes and associated documentation such as work instructions• Provide advice and business writing services, including peer review, for all areas of the organisation during the creation of proposals, tender responses and other customer-facing documents• Provide support in development and maintenance of Service Management processes• Maintain and improve the corporate Quality Management System, including the corporate Continuous Improvement process• Produce monthly board reports for the Business Process Team.

Responsibilities included:• Provide advanced support and technical advice for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Terminal Servers, Citrix 4.5 Environment and Rightfax Environment• Produce Service Level reports for Senior Management and client• Design, develop and produce training material for support teams and end users• Develop and produce technical support documentation for support teams and end users• Provide business writing services for support teams and management, including reviewing reports and business proposals.

Responsibilities included:• Provide advanced support for 900 remote servers geographically dispersed across Western Australia, as well as 400 centrally located servers• Develop, implement and provide high-level operational management and support of core services including Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Server, VMWare ESX and Microsoft Cluster environments• Design, prepare and maintain appropriate and accurate technical documentation and end user documentation• Provide technical advice and consultation to support groups and internal and external stakeholders • Design and provide training for colleagues and other support teams.

Responsibilities included:• Build, implementation, operational management and support of 900 remote servers geographically dispersed across Western Australia in line with the agreed ITIL processes• Develop, implement and operational management and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server SOE• Create and maintain appropriate and accurate technical documentation and end user documentation• Provide technical advice and consultation to support groups and internal and external stakeholders • Design and provide training for colleagues and other support teams.

Responsibilities included:• Provide a single point of contact, for the Department of Education and Training, for the rapid restoration of services, and fulfill requests for IT services in line with the agreed ITIL Incident Management processes and work instructions• Coordinate communications, both verbal and written, with resolver and third party escalation workgroups• Provide training to colleagues.
