Since 1991 I have worked in the two way radio industry as a multi disciplined engineer, From vehicle installations, radio repairs, system builds, commissioning and workshop management. My many responsibilities have included :Repair of two way radio equipment. This included setting up a fixed price repair service carrying out repairs down to component level.The design, system build and programming of wireless networks using two way radio ( MPT1327, PMR and DMR ), wireless point to point and multipoint Motorola Canopy equipment . Installation of GPS enabled Digital radio systems using TRBOnet Enterprise to provide instant location of lone workers, Voice recording and Dispatch locations.Internal ISO9000:2000 audits ensuring company procedures are followed to a high standard.Sales Engineer. Visiting customers, assessing their requirements, providing quotations, Carrying out site demo's and group and one to one training.System support, providing 24/7 call out and remote support for multi site MPT1327 Systems and customers critical on site systems.Maintenance of customer existing systems to ensure conformance to OFCOM licence's and ensuring continued system reliability and availability.
