Responsible for commisioning inductive furnaces, ICW and PCB shredders. Worked with contractors to install and set up instrumentation and other electronic/electrical equipment. Assisted OEM technicians to set up, troubleshoot and validate equipment. Supported SCM area and supported engineering with electrical installation of auxilliary equipment. Worked with maintenance team to do non routine tasks such as stripping and polishing the shop floor and expoxying the walls and floors of two truck scales. Developed new thermocouple configuration to reduce the time it takes to replace them on the furnaces. Supported other electrical equipment in Phase 1 of the plant.

Responsible for commissioning new extruder machines and associated peripheral equipment using Controllogix plc platform and HMI screensTraveled to vendor sites for Clinton facility and two sister facilities for FAT testing and machine verification including drives, vacuum tanks, pullers and rewinders. Some exposure to Siemens S7 1200/1500 plc.
