Darryl StephensonVice PresidentAs Vice President of the Rancon Group, Darryl Stephenson is involved with multiple disciplines with in the organization. He is a member and sales specialist with the Development and Investment Divisions. He actively participates in corporate strategy and planning activities. In addition he represents Rancon Group’s interests at city and county meeting concerning entitlement and infrastructure.As a member of the Investment Division, Darryl helps formulate, organize and sell private placements and offerings such as Rancon Equity Asset Pool, LLC, Bundy Canyon LLC, Bridges Winchester LLC., and Europa Village, LLC. He is involved with investor relations regarding most of Rancon’s offerings.As project manager, Darryl is involved with several entitlement process including subdivisions in the new cities of Wildomar and Menifee and several commercial projects within the Inland Empire.As the son of Dan Stephenson, Darryl brings a keen knowledge to the Rancon Group. He has grown in and around the business. As a teenager in the 1980’s he worked in the mailroom sending out prospectuses and investor correspondence for Rancon Offerings. Darryl has also spent time in the finance department, mortgage and commercial division. He has a long history and well rounded understanding of the inner workings of Rancon and the real estate industry.Darryl received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration at Chapman University and is currently attending USC to obtain his Masters in Real Estate Development. He is a member of (CAR) California Association of Realtors, (ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers and currently serves as an executive committee member for the Inland Empire (ULI) Urban Land Institute chapter.
