• Implemented and maintain CMMS for maintenance •Direct and oversee the functions and duties of the maintenance staff.Capital Project quotes and installation of all production equipment.•Ensure that all plant equipment and building PM schedules are followed, completed on time and documented•Purchasing, receiving and maintain stock •Maintain Maintenance Budget •Document repairs and modifications to equipment in equipment history log•Recommend and coordinate new capital expenditures•Develop PM schedule and records for new equipment•Responsible for issuing and recording all permits for Confined spaceHot workLock out/tag out•Develop schedule to complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance •Calibrate and operate pH meters, refractometers, digital and mechanical scales•Operate, set-up, and repair all the process, filling, packaging and water treatment equipment.•Complete equipment changeovers per production schedule•Able to complete all documentation for repair and maintenance for all production and non-production equipment•Maintain all maintenance documents in accordance with plant quality and safety requirements•Maintain and record all production and non production spare parts inventory•Monitor all non inventory production supplies•Able to train operators on proper machine safety and operation.•Ensure proper packaging materials are provided to each production line•Plant cycle count and inventory control •Operate & maintain manual and/or electrical pallet jacks•Be a safety leader, work together with others and look out for others.•Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.•Support the SQF Food Safety and Quality System by implementing and following procedures, taking part in GMP inspections and internal audits, and participating in training.
