CurrentI am a seasoned accounting professional who is responsible for the financial well being of our organization. My responsibilities include cash forecasting, determining credit worthiness of potential customers, month-end closing, bank reconciliations, producing financials, identifying variations in our revenues and expenses and problem resolution. In addition, I manage a staff of three responsible for accounts payables and receivables. I report sales taxes in over 30 states and file payroll taxes, property renditions and municipal businesses licenses in 4 states. I generate the payroll for a company of 60 plus individuals twice a month and calculate commissions monthly.I also serve as the human resources liaison for our organization and manage our 401K and insurance plans.I coordinate our annual audit with our outside auditing firm as well as work with our tax advisors on state & federal tax issues.
