It can feel like treading through treacle, delivering in to environments that seem designed to resist change.Project Management is not just about organising a list of tasks. The human factor is significant. People have emotions. Pleasing the sponsor and pleasing your team can be at odds with one another. Understanding people's motives, drive, and interests is essential to avoid making enemies; and indeed, to build lifelong connections. Fortunately I thrive on these challenges. I love seeing a problem, and leading teams to not just implement a set of things to solve that problem, but to really get invested in the challenge and the business benefits.I'm currently leading a team of Project Managers delivering in to an Information Security function. I've worked and delivered in to myriad of industries, including Financial Services, NHS, Central Government and Utilities.
