In addition to education, communication, & liaison responsibilities began in 2017, Darryl currently works as Regional Director for parts of Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California.

Beginning in 2017 worked as liaison between EEM and other organizations who send short-term teams into Eastern Europe, assists in writing, reviewing and creating marketing materials for EEM, and serves as a presenter for the organization. Previously (2009-2016) administrated the EEM Youth Camp Program (Ukraine): recruited & trained American & Ukrainian (interpreters) teams, developed curriculum, oversaw Ukrainian staff, negotiated protocols between Camp Directors and EEM, and developed continued relationships with camp officials.Since 2009 Darryl has supervised and trained over 120 volunteers and 50 interpreters. He has trained and supervised over 20 American and Ukrainian team leaders. He has partnered and worked with a dozen different camps in five regions of Ukraine in Western, Central, and Eastern Ukraine.

Darryl has performed as a storyteller, conducted workshops, seminars and retreats on a variety of topics including (but not limited to):-Motivation-Listening skills-Relationships-Spiritual development-Spiritual disciplines-Storytelling-Team Building-Youth Ministry

Served as senior minister. Organized and led the small group ministry, created the Chaplaincy program for the Ennis Police Department, organized and managed emergency shelters, and provided spiritual counsel for the community.Volunteered with the Dallas Area Critical Response Team (DACRT), a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing team for first responders. Training included Basic Certificate in Police Chaplaincy, Group Debriefing CISM, Individual Debriefing in CISM, Responding to a School Crisis (Texas Dept. of Public Safety), and Red Cross Emergency Shelter Management.

Organized and led student ministry to approximately 75-100 Junior High and Senior High teenagers and their parents.Directed Summer Camps each year.Led short term youth mission groups to Honduras.Organized small group ministry and trained group leaders for a congregation of 550-600 members.Served as a spiritual counselor to the youth of the community.
