Fidalgo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee company that roasts for cafes and restaurants across the Puget Sound and throughout the U.S. They work extensively with organic, fair trade certified coffees and the growers who produce them, purchasing coffee from Central America, Peru, Ethiopia and Indonesia. Fidalgo's coffees are crafted from recipes that take advantage of a dual-hemisphere sourcing program. This allows the company to always roast the freshest beans, switching between northern and southern hemispheres and buying what’s in season. Fidalgo Coffee is also sold from our online store, serving customers in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
