Real estate leader with over 25 years in public and private sector asset and transaction management for mixed-use, office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and hotel properties. I hold CPM® and CCIM designations as well as brokers licenses in both Georgia and New York. My core competencies and strengths include asset management, public-private partnerships (P3), property operations, and real estate development. Among others, I have successfully structured and negotiated sophisticated P3 transactions that delivered exceptional results for MARTA with the 40-acre Lindbergh City Center; the City of New York with the 68-story Brooklyn Point residential/retail project and restructure of ground lease for the Hilton Times Square hotel which closed due to COVID-19; and recently for the City of Roswell with the negotiation of P3 partnerships to build a $100M mixed-use project in downtown, a 300K square foot mixed-medical project, and the acquisition of a 127K square foot office building for the new public safety headquarters.
