• Built and implemented the preventive maintenance schedules for over 500 PM’s per month using JD Edwards Enterprise One CMMS software.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders, insure the integrity of the information captured while always maintaining a clean and up to date backlog.

• Develop job scopes, create w/o’s, purchase requisitions and follow up on material orders to insure timely delivery.
• Developed and maintained an overall PM program with a 90% completion rate in the week the PM was due ensuring that production goals were met.

• Maintenance planner/clerk/purchasing for a fleet of 400 cement trucks, transport trucks and all heavy equipment at 5 batch plants and 2 quarries.
• Set up a preventative maintenance program with schedules calling up PM’s in the newly implemented SAP CMMS for over 400 pieces of equipment.
• Created work orders, standing work orders and documented all completed work in SAP while insuring that the backlog was always clean and up to date.
• Created purchase orders, blanket p/o’s, ordering all materials needed for planned and unplanned work.
• Established a need to change the entire fleet of trucks from manual to automatic slack adjusters on the brakes for safety related reasons.
• Identified by year and model a higher than normal amount of engine turbocharger problems and engine fan blades coming apart destroying the radiator.
