I served as the point of contact for external vendors to solve problems during onboarding for contractors. In this work, we partnered closely with Human Resources to ensure requirements were met. My primary responsibility was relationship management, proactively finding resolutions to vendors' problems to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.

In the first month of serving as Co-Social Media Manager, The Cavalier Daily had the top engagement of all college newspapers in the country with 22.6k impressions.Within the first six months of the job, the Cavalier Daily Facebook page received an approximate 9 percent increase in followers. Managed, scheduled meetings for, and assigned tasks to a social media team.Created and uploaded scheduled content to Cavalier Daily social media platforms.
