I am a prior military Human Resources Specialist experienced at managing personnel functions for the armed forces. Proficient in recruitment, training, handled certified mail, and deployment processes while ensuring it was in compliance with military regulations and policies. Experience in providing HR support to service members and their family. My passion is for a positive workplace environment and dedication to supporting staff & clients. I am looking to contribute to a team and expand upon my skills.In my previous role as an HR Specialist with the United States Army Reserves. I gained valuable experience, as well as successfully collaborated with NCOIC to identify staffing needs and streamline recruitment processes. Additionally, I played a key role in administering soldier benefits, managing different databases, and facilitating soldier training and development programs.One of my strengths lies in my ability to establish trust with staff at all levels of the organization/command and provide guidance and support on HR-related matters. I am proficient at resolving concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, while upholding the commands policies and procedures.
