Plant’s Project Lead responsible for meeting or exceeding the Project Plan in terms of Cost, Quality and Timing. Project Plans cover New Product Introduction, Product/Production Line Transfer, Capacity Expansion and/or Continuous Improvement Projects.

Lead production improvement projects and ensure objectives and deliverables are met in timely, high quality and cost-effective way.Projects include production operating system, productivity and cost improvements.Responsible in improvement and maintenance of production standards and documents

• Ensures design and implementation of quality in the production process and meet the production workers, management, external and customer demands.
• Acquires knowledge about standards of quality and contributes to the design proponent for integration in the process design.
• Works closely with the production workers to grasp their continual needs and the Product Engineer in terms of providing recommendation or judgment based on risk-based thinking in order to develop effective work.
• Reviews changes in the process design both in document and actual process.
• Coordinates regular line audit for improvement and compliance in the process design or standards.
• Facilitates investigation, report documentation, Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA) implementation, validation and standardization for Customer Claims.

• Leads a group of product engineers in conducting effective problem solving, documentation and product set-up requirements.
• Designs product related systems that improves reliability and control.
• Designs effective experimentation and its good documentation for improvement of process.
• Communicates effectively the results of experimentation and proposals to all concerned functions.
• Conducts product engineering tasks with very minimal guidance from supervisor.

• Designs best process controls and standards for product set-up of new models in manufacturing line.
• Standardizes product requirements and process designs through documentation and support in implementation.
• Conducts process review and monitoring to identify potential improvements and increase yield rate performance of the product.
• Solves assigned quality product related problems by analyzing and detecting root causes, designing experiments and implementing improvement in the process.
• Supports production group in terms of maintenance of standards and inspection machines.
• Evaluates effectiveness of machines and tools used in manufacturing Line.

• Receives sample inquiries from customers and design and assemble requested samples based on their required electrical, physical, and mechanical specifications.
• Conducts different material testing and evaluations using different equipment in order to maintain product’s quality and reliability based on set standards and qualifications.
• Establishes new models’ production line, and prepare its necessary document for mass production to ensure that production follows the standards and design specifications.
• Formulate different rules and standards for new model establishment. Makes the necessary documents and evaluation such as FMEA, Working Standards, and other engineering related documents.
