My family began a small catering business in March 2019. I have worked in the family business in every capacity needed thus far, including packing vehicles for transport to and from catering sites, food prep on site including sauté station and final expediting, serving food to customers, setup and break down of food service tables, displays, and other.

During the summers of 2019-2021, and while on breaks from college, I worked as a laborer for the vineyard. I tend the grapes including pruning, trimming, harvesting, weeding, raking, shoot thinning, cluster thinning, etc. I also have helped build a stone foundation, install an out building for tool storage, bottle wine, assemble tools and storage units.
