A keen problem solver who was rated in the top 6% of Cable&Wireless Worldwide three years running, I have proven over the years that an unhappy customer can always be turned into a happy one with a little focus, a lot of care and the simple ability to deliver promises. I have been customer facing throughout my working career and have been involved in the telecommunications industry at both a residential and business level since 2003. I have excelled in every role I have been in due to my desire to always look to improve situations.Within 6 months of starting at Cable&Wireless Worldwide, I had identified a gap for a knowledgebase tool and took it upon myself to start building one. This tool is now used across several sites and is a fully supported tool. In my previous role at Virgin Media, I created a system to enable advocates to more suitably log system defects efficiently so my team could resolve them in a quicker turnaround time. I have never had any training in web scripting and did all of this by teaching myself, as I was determined to meet my end goal.Moving to my current company, I replicated these tools to ensure that knowledge was available at the click of a button to ensure that my colleagues had all the information they should have, without wasting any of the time looking for it.I am a very determined individual and worked my way from Customer Services to 3rd Line Engineer through pushing myself to learn every piece of information I could possibly learn from anyone I could without formal training courses.I am very approachable and enjoy having both a personal and professional interaction with my colleagues.
