Offering over thirty-five years of senior management level leadership experience and a proven leader as a Department of the Army (DA) civilian, U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Military Police Officer, and various Command and Staff positions within municipal law enforcement agencies throughout North Carolina. Demonstrated technical competence and compliance in resolving complex security program issues in General Intelligence Security functions including Foreign Disclosure, Information Security and Physical Security. Completion of the Army Civilian Education System (CES) Basic Course and the Intermediate Course. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International which is the gold standard in security management. Civilian education includes a master’s degree in criminal justice from Boston University.My goals are to continue to assure that Security & Law Enforcement professionals are exceptionally trained and that they are aware of the latest technology enhancements to assist them in deterring crime.
