•Assessment Phase: Led a small team to complete a technical assessment of the client’s Salesforce.com platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, & Experience Clouds), their integrations, their DevOps strategy, and their way of delivering Salesforce.com projects. This assessment included using proprietary Accenture Salesforce.com org scanning & security assets to dive further into the technical & security details of the client’s org to identify technical areas of improvement & security risks and presenting assessment findings, recommendations, and a roadmap to the client’s COO, SVPs, and VPs.•Outsourcing Phase: Working as the Salesforce Engagement Lead to oversee all of the Accenture Salesforce.com related work at the client (including an nCino implementation) for a multi year outsourcing engagement. This includes leading the work of 60+ Technical Leads, Developers, and QA resources across multiple lines of businesses while working with the COO, the CTO, and their direct reports to identify other areas where Accenture can continue to partner with the client.
