CurrentThe Hollston Realty Group is a New Jersey-based Real estate development company, organized to capitalize on opportunities by acquiring and developing various types of real estate projects that have the potential of delivering superior, risk-adjusted returns to our fellow investors. The Principals believe that there is a unique opportunity to purchase properties in areas located along the New Jersey coastline. We seek capital commitments from co-investors to purchase these opportunities. Based on our experience, knowledge, and expertise we believe that this segment of the market will produce attractive opportunities and yield profitable margins.To date, we have invested primarily in undervalued Real Estate. We have performed rehabilitation, renovations and ground-up construction for multiple special purpose entity properties. In certain cases, we own and operate our properties, and depending on market conditions, sometimes we sell. Our projects include office, apartments, mixed-use, single-family subdivisions in renovation and new construction scenarios. We believe this diversification will provide optimum results. This strategy is designed to build a relatively lower risk real estate portfolio full of successful investments.
