Hired to provide “centralized” business development support to previous “practice-embedded” BD organization. Helped position the company to close its first: ➢ IT Program Management contract with USDA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer. ➢ Continuity of Operations Plan development contract with Dept. of Interior (DOI). ➢ System Requirements Analysis and Development contract with Dept. of Homeland Security. ➢ Program Management Support contract with the DHS Science & Technology Directorate.

Responsible for developing strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 prime contractors and emerging small business leaders requiring Arrowhead’s expertise in satellite communications and secure thin-client solutions. Achieved growth objectives. ➢ Positioned Arrowhead as second-tier subcontractor to SAIC on its Global Information Grid – Bandwidth Expansion (GIG-BE) $877M contract.

Served in many roles, including technical writer-editor, proposal coordinator, desktop publishing department manager, corporate communications manager, and business development director.
