As a key part of the field Emergency Response and Security team, my role is to provide advice and support to Origin's assets across the Australian Pacific LNG (APLNG) project which covers a large area across Queensland. With a large number of assets across this massive project our challenge is to ensure the assets are prepared for all likely emergency or security situations and to practice pre-planned responses to these possible threats. Building relationships with key partners, local communities and emergency service organisations will provide the necessary response and support required to assist Origin and its business partners to succeed in their endeavours to operate this world class project with minimal impact on the environment and the local communities in which it exists. Manage and maintain the Fire Station on Barrow Island for the construction of the Gorgon LNG Project.
