Roles and Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Collaborate with MNC clients to understand their staffing needs and provide customized Contract-to-Hire (C2H) solutions.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.Recruitment and Staffing:Source, screen, and interview candidates for various C2H positions across India, ensuring alignment with client requirements and cultural fit.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate pipeline management, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.Contract Management:Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring terms and conditions meet legal and organizational standards.Monitor contract compliance and facilitate smooth transitions from contract to permanent placements.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability.Provide insights and recommendations to clients on market conditions and recruitment strategies.Performance and Metrics:Track and report on key performance metrics, including fill rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction scores.Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and meet service level agreements.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations throughout the recruitment and contracting processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to candidate profiles, client agreements, and contract terms.Team Collaboration and Leadership:Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, operations, and HR, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional development and team success.
