Conducted surveys to better understand the problems faced by people while commuting to office. Analyzed the feedback from the surveys and the pilot to design and conceptualize the new version of the product.Designed the technical architecture of the iOS and the Android versions of the app with the development of the important modules of the application like Chat box, Maps, Payment gateway Integration etc. Dexterous in the management of the development with the distribution of the modules within the team.
