Current➤ Introduce the company to global clients, shareholders, government entities, and the public. Communicate and make decisions on behalf of the company. Also, communicate with the tech team and other departments as collaboration requires.➤ Provide executive leadership across the organization to develop and overseeing SMART (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Time-related) goals for a Web & Mobile App Design and Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc. Identify and recommend new technology solutions according to client requirements.➤ Make high-level decisions about the company policy and strategy. Lead short and long-term goal strategy and determine business requirements in the IT domain.➤ Create and implement the company vision and mission. Ensure strategic capacity for IT services and solutions.➤ Evaluate the work of leaders within the company, including C-level executives and employees. Manage all or part of the IT department, including: ✓ Direct supervising development, designing, and marketing team. ✓ Manage client relationships, communication, ✓ Handle employees’ concerns and performance.➤ Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.➤ Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security to ensure that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business. ➤ Assess risks for the company to ensure that they are monitored and minimized.➤ Set strategic goals to make sure that they are measurable and describable.
