Project: Construction of roads, infra and utilities at Mohammad Bin Zayed City.Job Roles & Duties:  Effective Implementation of HSE Plans, work procedures and good safety practices. Ensure TBT (Tool Box Talks) has been delivered and records are maintained. Conducting and maintaining records of:1. Daily work site inspections and generating reports/records for the inspection and corrective actions taken.2. Routine inspection of firefighting equipment, emergency preparedness, conducts mock drills and verifies its sufficiency and efficiency.3. Routine inspection of scaffold, detour, power tools, plant and equipment, lifting accessories, etc.  Ensures PTW, Permit to Work procedures are followed as per OSHAD CoP. Inspect and advise executing team regarding ICT requirement working near to live road.  Develop emergency procedures and conduct emergency evacuation drills. Preparing project weekly HSE presentation and monthly HSE reports for consultant and client submission. Meetings with consultants and prepare HSE action plans to close out project critical observations. Prepare project specific work related Risk Management and review method statements and prepare Task Risk Assessment. Participate in Accident/Incident investigation and maintain the records. Provide basic safety internal trainings and induction to all site employees and visitors. Prepare and execute project HSE training matrix and conduct job specific HSE trainings. Participate in site weekly and monthly inspections with consultant and reports of NCR (Non-conformation reports), Improvement Notices and prohibition reports on unsafe observations. Conducts HSE Meetings and draft minutes of meeting.

Worked as Safety Officer on 1. Project : Upgrading of Substation Sewer Pumping Station G1 to G7 2. Project : NDRC Works-supply installation Testing & commissioning of glass reinforced epoxy to project/under existing services and associated works at various locations of Emirates of Dubai.3. Project : Sewerage Drainage for labor accommodation in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai.Job responsibilities: Effective Implementation of HSE Plans, work procedures and good safety practices. Ensures TBT (Tool Box Talks) is being delivered to all employees on work specific hazards. Conducting daily work site inspections and generating reports/records for the inspection and corrective actions taken. Inspect Scaffolds, Electrical tools, access ladders, plants- generators, welding/ gas cutting sets, equipment, cranes, lifting accessories, SCBA set, etc. workplaces to report any situation of danger. Ensures Permit to Work system are followed and recorded. Ensure all employees at site uses PPE and follow site safety rules. Inspect the work place to ensure it is barricaded with safety barriers, cones, safety tapes, and barriers other protection as per RTA & DM requirements. Arrangement for posting safety warning/ awareness signs for work place dangers. Liaise with DEWA, RTA, DM officials for joint site visits and closure of their findings. Assist HSE Manager to prepare for HSE audit in line with ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards. Assist HSE Manager to prepare weekly, monthly & annual reports.
