Euc Engineer
CurrentKey Responsibilities:- Endpoint Management: Proactively manage and maintain a large fleet of Windows& MacOS endpoints, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.- Intune Administration: Administer and configure Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy deployment, application management, and security configurations.- Modernization Efforts: Drive the migration of legacy Group Policy assignments to Intune MDM, streamlining policy enforcement and improving management efficiency.- Security Hardening: Implement and maintain endpoint security measures to protect against malware, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.- Application Deployment: Deploy and manage applications to end-user devices, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.-Develop and implement Intune compliance policies to enforce security standards and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines.- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot endpoint-related issues, and resolve incidents effectively.- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of EUC solutions with existing infrastructure and systems.- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of EUC processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
