CRT done as per department wise for Blue Collar participants.● Process Training as per SOP.● Any new SOP updated for any process in any department that needs to be driven by us, with Assessments.● Handling 5 OJT Trainers team.● Improvising new techniques of learning like Gaming and Learn with Fun methods.● Ease of methods for Assessments.● Taking ownership of entire Warehouse and managing time equally, by taking different metrics of Operation to help them improve and reduce their errors.● Content development for any new Process as per SOP shared.● Conducted TTT of Other Warehouses Trainers on new Process.● Supporting Audit Team and also work on errors found and improve in Next Audit.● Taking ownership of small hubs and Warehouse also.● Training methods to be simple and easy to understand for the employees.● Developed Process Videos for Training purpose.● Conducting weekly meetings with Ops team with Data so that complete team can be on one page and work together.
