As a Processing Consultant: Review the residential insurance policies, if there are any corrections or updates required as per the company guideline, we need to call the insurance agents and inform about the corrections requirement. Send the correction request through fax if requested by the insurance agent. On a monthly basis, I need to meet the productivity, quality and utilization targets.As a Senior Consultant with Support Function and Process Trainer: Provide training to the trainees on the whole process and complete the training on time as per schedule. This training includes two assessments on the same. After the assessments I need to provide feedback. After the training the team players hits the floor and my role was to support them on process and on calls. In addition to above mentioned roles, I voluntarily took an initiative to audit the team players’ work and calls to maintain the team quality intact.
