• Co-ordination with NPME Managers and Design Community to create the UG Models, drawing and assembly in Teamcenter as per AMAT standards.• Providing Engineering support to the parts having technical issues in manufacturing, by resolving ECR, ECO, ESW & SPS.• Releasing of drawings & OEMs in Prototype, EVAL and Production status in Teamcenter.• Effectively closed more than 400 SPS’s (Supplier Problem Sheets) and ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) interact with the Customers and capture all Technical requirements.• Developing & implementing concepts for new product design as well as addressing existing product issues and providing mechanical solutions.• Participating in team activities for continuous improvement.• Understanding the requirements & approvals by communicating with customers & suppliers to create BOM & finalize the lead time to achieve the targets.• Implemented, integrated & tested modifications for core application by using ASME/ISO that improved the application performance.• Converting NSR (Non Standard Request) to Standard option class as per GPM Request. • Interacting with vendors to get Samples and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.• FAI reports verification and Approved reports will upload into AMAT internal data base to qualify vendors.• Attend everyday Tele-conference call and discuss status of the all the Projects with our global Requestors.• Interact with the Manufacturing Engineers to create Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and upload into TeamCenter to get approve the OMS from ME.• Doing Quality Focal activities and preparing Monthly Metrics for ECR/ECO activities.• Taking extra responsibility by doing ECR/SPS Focal activities to assign ECR/SPS to EC Engineers.Tool Used:• UG NX 9&10, AutoCAD, Team Centre 12, E3s.• AMAT Customized: Core+, Oracle, SAP, ProEdge & FAI tool.
