My role involves technical site supports, after sales supports, managing Technical team workshop and handling fabrication of custom made products, installation of the products, pre-installation meetings with contractors and clients, preparing and issuing out site reports to clients and senior project managers, testing products and testing/commissioning lighting control systems.Familiar with:-1.)Installation ,trouble shooting and powering up of the lighting products from most European ,UK and US based lighting manufacturers. 2.)Lighting Controls from Philips Dynalite,Honeywell Ex-or and Lutron systems with its design and implementation on project to project basis3.)Lighting controls system proposals against requirements of having DALI,Phase dimming,1-10V dimming,switching,AV integration,BMS integration etc.4.)Participate in analytical, experimental or investigative work in order to analyse and find the failure and compatibility issues with regard to light fitting control gear, with or without dimmer system. According to that, will bring a high issue resolution capability to bring the optimum solution and service for our customers

My responsibilities were Monitoring assembly, Testing and Dispatching of Electric Fans and blowers within the specified date.Testing and designing of circuits and PCB’s, Testing and Calibrating sensors, Connectors, Power Supplies.Develop accurate estimates using customer-supplied data. Define, research and provide lowest cost on components and labor.Work within a team environment with the following departments when quoting an assembly to ensure estimating goals are met: Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and EngineeringWork well with others and willing to accept change in a high volume, high mix production environment.Recommend measures to improve the production methods, equipment performance.Planning and development of potential Engineering projects and products with a team of Engineers, Staff and Customers.
