Current• Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrical Installation like Distribution Transformer, DCS operated continuous Process equipment like PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, SOFT Starter, PLC, UPS, HT/LT motors, Switch Gear, DOL Starter, Y-Δ Starter and Plant Illumination.• Maintenance of Warehouse & packaging equipment like Paper bag packing, Bulk bag packing, Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, EOT cranes, Weighbridges etc.• Regular monitoring of all electrical equipment (by taking various readings) through the proper schedule, therefore implementing conditional monitoring and preventive maintenance.• Making and implementing various SOPs to standardize and improvise different procedures in electrical systems.• Planning and indenting various important spare for effective electrical system maintenance.• Installation & Maintenance Various VFDs like ABB 560/550/355 Model, CG VSX/VSM/VSU Model, L&T Sx2000/Cx2000 Model, Schneider, Fuji, Danfoss, INVT.• Maintain different types of Transducers like Level sensors, Load Cells, Zero Speed switches, and Proximity sensors.• Maintenance of Utilities like Compressor, Dryer, Chiller, and STP.• Maintenance of pneumatic system-operated Solenoid valves which are used in the Butterfly valve, Slide Gate Valve, and Pulse Solenoid Valve.• Generate Daily MIS reports, DPR, Daily Energy Consumption Reports, History sheets, reconciliation reports, Measurement Sheet and Annexure Sheet• Performed root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementations.• Negotiation with Vendors regarding Purchases and Services.• Team Handling, Task Distribution.• Take steps to maintain and reduce conversion costs.
