Darshan works as Associate Director at PwC and has an extensive experience in IFRS / Ind AS. He has total working experience of 9 years of which he has spent 7 years in consulting. He led IFRS / Ind AS conversion projects for large BFSI entities. He has significant knowledge of IFRS 9 including areas such as ECL, assignment / securitization and treasury accounting. He has worked on various engagements such as IFRS 17 system implementation, IPO advisory, Merger due-diligence and digital transformation.Prior to consulting, he spent 2 years at Morgan Stanley where his role was to ensure accuracy in financial reporting of hedge fund clients.
