• Design and development of Sheet / Plastic parts for Fire panels. • Tested prototypes of products using various materials and tools, evaluating them for potential design flaws or issues for UI Frames.• Assisted designers in creating 3D models and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software for projects like ASE PSU, EAS, EU Conventional panel & low cost Marine panel.• Conducted research on materials, technologies, and design trends to contribute to the development of innovative solutions for materials used for various Plastic mfg processes.• Documented work, including design specifications, test results, and progress reports, to ensure project success.
