Able to identify risks at production Shopfloor, product changeovers, set up new line & Machineries ,reducing downtime of Machineries, rework/repair/downgrade controls.I am also well versed with the concepts of Lean Manufacturing SMED,5s, quality circles, Shopfloor training.Key responsibilities 1.Design and develop ARC processes for various applications (e.g.,  solar panels).2.Optimize coating parameters to enhance performance and efficiency.3.Conduct experiments and trials to refine coating processes.4.Test and evaluate the performance of different materials and coatings under various conditions such as Haze value of chemical,Hardness of roller, mesh size of anilox rollers.5.Operate and maintain coating equipment, such as polyurethane rollers, anilox rollers, infrared dryers,washing machines,laser drilling, Spectrophotometers and light transmission machines.6.Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of coatings.7.Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor coating quality.8.Analyze coating defects and implement corrective actions.9.Document process parameters, experimental results, hourly rejection monitoring reports, chemicalconsumption reports.
