Currently managing a client size of 600+.* With great client service, cloud based integrated IT systems, flexible working and a choice of delivery locations make us perfect match for all sized businesses and also can be priced accordingly.

* Responsible for delivery across UKI & Europe region with the help of a structured team of 60+ payroll professionals.* Really enjoy serving clients with the balanced use of People, Process and Technology, which also help in improving client experience each day.* Associated with the creation of a Hyper-loop of Global Payroll, so that a single platform can be provided to the customers for better and standard experience for all countries across the globe. This model comprises of a much esteemed award winning single platform with robotic framework, configuration and connectivity for compliance via. widespread partner network across the globe.

* Handling a team of 25+ payroll experts and managing delivery of end to end payroll services for 150+ clients with more than 20K payslips per month across UKI region.* Management of PAYE scheme enrolment, company registration, P11D, advising clients on tax and HMRC regulation. * RTI submissions, Auto Enrolment setup and management, Client bulletin and internal communication, R&D and implementation of UK and Ireland legislation changes.* Ensuring that client escalation are resolved in agreed SLA.* Responsible for daily client deliverables and payroll compliances with the help of delivery tracking system and inline with agreed client SLA.* Co-coordinating with HMRC to resolve discrepancies if any between client and HMRC records.* Reviewing and helping in company policies and contracts for new clients.* Payroll transition and documentation for new clients.* Responsible for internal HR and Payroll software testing before release to production.* Responsible for implementing performance metrics and annual review for payroll personnel.* Provide required feedback, training, development opportunities and address performance issues in timely and appropriate manner.* Ensuring budgets are in line with the payroll team cost.
