Current•Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.•Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.• Due to project roll off – transferred to Right To Work• As an HR in RTW (Right To Work), we make sure that all the documents are verified and kept records under each colleague's profile as per the UK Home Office's rules & regulations and GDPR for EU & EEA• Guiding Line managers and Store managers at time of hiring and training them for RTW checklist as per the Home Office regulations for international and EU/EEA citizens.• Managing UK and ROI ( Republic of Ireland ) stores
