Having been the lead designer working on core functions of the web-based marketing platform (Project management and signoff process). I produced deliverables, working in a 2-3 day sprint, to reduce time spent on feedback and utilize it on finalising designs for development. Whilst evaluating past and current requirement lists to further the effectiveness of the designs.

Re-designed existing onboarding process with the aim of reducing user drop-off rates by 30%. Whilst transforming the main section of the app to a clean and neat layout, utilising the new colour scheme and logo to display the app's functions. Completed through an iterative process, designs were finalised 1 week earlier than the proposed deadlines.
